What does a training app do if you have an injury or limitations?
EntrenAI can avoid exercises you cannot do («I cannot deadlift», «no jumps»), replace them with alternatives and lighten the day when the check-in marks strong pain in an area. It helps adapt the plan, it is not a treatment: it does not diagnose or replace a doctor or physiotherapist, and if pain persists you must see a professional.

What an app can and cannot do
A training app can adapt the plan to what you tell it: avoid an exercise, replace it or lighten a day. It cannot see your injury, diagnose it or decide whether it is safe for you to train. That is what a doctor or a physiotherapist is for.
How EntrenAI handles it
- At the start, you indicate injuries and delicate joints, and the plan replaces the exercises that load them with substitutes.
- Notes for the coach. You can write things like «I cannot deadlift», «no impact» or «I play padel on Tuesdays». The plan avoids those exercises (with «no impact» it removes jumps and burpees) and looks for substitutes in the same group; it also takes into account the days you do another activity.
- Pain on the day. In the check-in you mark the area and the intensity. With strong pain (7 or more) in an area, that day the exercises that load it are avoided and the session is lightened.
- It is not a discharge. If pain is persistent or increasing, the plan is not the answer.
What is not applied
- Notes do not change speed or exam-test sessions, which are the test's or exam's own.
- The specific time of one day («on Fridays only 30 minutes») is not applied from the notes.
When NOT to pick EntrenAI
- If you have a complex injury or condition: a physiotherapist or a coach who assesses your case and watches you move.
- If you need a rehabilitation plan: EntrenAI is not a rehab app.
- EntrenAI launched in May 2026.
When to pick it
If you have specific discomfort or limitations and want the plan to take them into account with alternative exercises, without giving up your goal, always with a professional's go-ahead if there is an injury.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on the injury. The plan can avoid exercises and lighten the day, but it does not replace a doctor's or physiotherapist's assessment. See a professional before training with an injury.
Exercise exclusions apply in hypertrophy, strength, hybrid, running and HYROX. In speed and exam tests the sessions are the test's or exam's own, so they are not altered by notes.
In the check-in you can mark the area and the pain intensity; if it is strong, that day the exercises that load that area are avoided and the session is lightened.
