Why physical tests are not passed just by being fit

In Spain, the physical tests are the part of a public-service exam (oposición) that is not studied from the syllabus, and in many corps they score or eliminate. You lose a place for a detail: a foul when you brush a hurdle in the agility circuit, a pull-up that does not go down to straight arms, a push-up that does not touch the pad, a 1,000 m lost on the first lap. Each test has its technique and its examiner standard, and it is trained like the syllabus: with a calendar that ends on exam day.

What EntrenAI covers

| Corps | Tests | | --- | --- | | National Police | Agility circuit, pull-ups (men) or bar hang (women) and 1,000 meters; each test scores 0 to 10 | | Guardia Civil | Agility and coordination circuit, push-ups, 2,000 meters and 50 meters of swimming; pass or fail, with marks by sex and age | | Armed Forces | Push-ups, plank, agility-speed circuit, 2,000 meters and, depending on the corps, 50 meters of swimming; pass or fail | | Customs Surveillance | 50-meter sprint, 800 meters, long jump and 50 meters freestyle; each test is eliminatory |

The marks of each corps are those of its latest call in the BOE; check yours before applying.

How the plan works

When you choose the exam-test sport, the app asks for your corps, sex, age, exam date and current marks. With that it builds a plan that counts backwards from the exam: a base phase to learn the tests and build an engine, then development with long sets and the full circuit at full effort, then exam pace and, in the last week, sharpening with less volume and rest the day before. If there is no date yet, the plan moves through phases and reshuffles them when you set one.

When NOT to pick EntrenAI

  • If your exam is for local or regional police with its own tests: use the plan as a base, but compare the tests.
  • If you need someone to correct your circuit or swimming technique in person.
  • The plan does not replace the medical certificate or a professional's assessment.
