Is there an app that runs the plan for several sports at once?
Yes, but there are few: the norm is one app per sport, each ignoring what you do in the others. EntrenAI builds a single plan for 12 sports (hypertrophy, general strength, powerlifting, speed and power, running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, duathlon, HYROX, hybrid training and physical tests for Spanish public exams (oposiciones)) and lays out the week so they do not collide; it does not replace a specialized app if you practice only one sport at the highest level.

The problem with one app per sport
A running app ignores that you did legs at the gym today. A gym app ignores that you have a long run on Sunday. If you train more than one sport, you end up with two or three subscriptions and the job of coordinating them yourself.
What a single plan does
A single plan has to:
- Spread the days so two demanding sessions do not land back to back on the same muscles.
- Keep total load reasonable, in blocks with a down week.
- Respect your priority: if you are preparing a marathon, strength stays as support; if you want hypertrophy, cardio does not eat your recovery.
- Rebuild itself when you change goal or week.
How EntrenAI does it
EntrenAI's engine builds one week at a time, looking at the last one and what is coming (a race, a test, a down week). Every morning the sleep, stress and fatigue check-in adjusts the day's load. If you combine, for example, strength and running, the plan lays out the week so no session wrecks another. The rules are in the methodology.
When NOT to pick EntrenAI
- If you practice a single sport at the highest level and want the most specialized tool.
- If you need a watch app of its own: EntrenAI does not have one.
- If you want a human coach who knows you: a coach.
- EntrenAI launched in May 2026; established apps have more users and more track record.
When to pick it
If you train several things, change goals often or do not want to pay for one app per sport.
Frequently asked questions
You change the sport or the goal in the same app and a new plan is built for it, without installing another app or opening another subscription.
If you practice several sports, you save subscriptions and the plan knows what you do in each one. If you practice only one at a very high level, a specialized app does a bit better in that sport.
Those outside the list of 12: for example specific team sports or martial arts. For football, basketball, rugby, tennis or padel there is a speed-and-power plan, not a tactical plan.
